(Same Player as Sara Caid)
Name: Lukas Lassetter
Nicknames: Luke
Age: 28
Sex: Male
Sexuality: straight
Personality: Luke is the kind of guy that is everyone's friend, if they could get past his rough first impression. He's flirtatious and level-headed, keeping his red-tempered sister in line if he needs to. Undoubtedly loyal to his last breath, Luke is the kind of friend that you hope to have as well as aspire to be. He's gruff, and sometimes can be a bit mean with his teasing, but it's mostly harmless. He's a shoulder to cry on, a friend to blab to. Family comes first, though, no matter which way you look at it.
Luke can be a tad bit of a jerk if someone pushes hard enough, and, unfortunately, he has a wild streak. Though he isn't an outlaw yet, it would be horribly easy to confirm him and slip him into any band of misfitted thieves. Murder would be no problem. Luke has killed before (a cattle rustler at the family ranch). Nevertheless, he was never one to hesitate anyway.
Apperance:
Occupation: Bartender at the Lone Star
Family:
Florence Grace Lassetter ( mother; deceased )
John Lee Lassetter ( father; deceased )
Sara Caid ( sister; living )
Charles "Charlie" Lassetter ( brother; living )
William "Billy" Caid ( brother-in-law; deceased )
Carleigh Anne Caid ( niece; living )
Short History: Luke, like his sister, was born to a hard working family on a dusty ranch out in the middle of nowhere. It wasn't until he, Sara and their older brother moved to the big city that their lives meant much of anything. Luke worked in local saloons as a bartender and muscian, doing an additional odd-job here and there while Charlie managed to succeed, striking it big with a railroad company. He abandoned his siblings, and they haven't seen hide or hair of him since. Good riddance.
His sister married off and Luke was left in the big city on his lonesome. Things weren't so bad. It was easy to earn enough for himself, and he set some aside for his own place some time down the road. Maybe he'd find a pretty little slip of a thing and settle down someplace. There were a few young ladies that he 'affiliated' himself with in the city, but then he got that fateful message from his little sister and, of course, he went straight to her aid.
And so now Luke finds himself bartending at the Lone Star most days so that he can pay for the hands that help at Sara's farms. He usually works a shift at the Lone Star and then returns home to work some more. It's a hard life, but somebody's got to do it. There isn't anyone to look out for Sara anymore.
